The Ceylon Electricity Board (CEB) will be launching a new e-billing system in Sri Lanka.
The Ceylon Electricity Board announced that e-bills will be issued to the Dehiwala, Kelaniya, and Sri Jayawardenapura areas from July 1, 2023.
Residents from the following areas are able to register to receive their electricity bills either via SMS or email at www.ebill.ceb.lk.
